American Mortgage Professionals, Inc. is a HUD/ FHA approved Reverse Mortgage Provider.  The company is currently providing Reverse Mortgages in California, Nevada, Arizona, Oregon, Alaska and Florida.  The company is expanding its reach to the northeastern States in 2006. Further expansion is possible if suitable personel  can be found. Mortgage Professionals wishing to establish branch office or correspondent relationships should contact the Main Office.

The company obtained its HUD FHA approval in early 1994 and has been active in the Reverse Mortgage arena since then. We are Members of the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association, www.reversemortgage.org as well as the Chamber of Commerce & The Better Business Bureau.

American Mortgage Professionals, Inc. is a Privately Held Nevada Corporation. The primary Officers of the Company are:

In addition to Reverse Mortgages the company also provides V.A. guaranteed Mortgages, Conventional 1st and 2nd Mortgages and Commerical Property Loans.
